About Us
René Perrin, Long Island NY Real Estate Broker, came into the real estate industry over ten years ago after a successful career in the Commercial Banking and Mortgage Industry where he originated both commercial and residential mortgages. It wasn't a big stretch for René to jump right into buying and selling homes for his own account.
To date he has completed over 100 property purchases and sales. This experience gave him the skill to be able to put together a successful transaction whether acting as a buyer or a seller even in the most difficult of situations. This experience is now being put to use in assisting both buyers and sellers as an Associate Broker. Real Estate is René's passion and there is nothing he enjoys more than bringing about a successful sale or purchase for his clients.
Originally from New Orleans, René has lived in Bayville for the last four years with his wife, Madeleine Petrara (also an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Village Properties) and his two daughters Michelle and Julia. He still retains that southern charm, enjoys good food (yes, they know how to eat in New Orleans!) and is an avid Saints Fan (and not just the last couple of years.) He holds both a BA and an MBA from Loyola University in New Orleans.
